Recently a video launched via youtube called, "America Rising: An Open Letter to Democrat Politicians."
The video reminds you of the scenario and political landscape of '08. In that blessed year the American people were fed up with politics as usual. The American people craved something new. They wanted something that would make the world a little better. Unfortunately, they bought into the empty promises of an egomaniac.
"Hope" and "change" were the words that propelled the liberal ascendancy into the congress, the senate, and the presidency itself. However, the American people are now asking the question that should have been asked in 2008, "What kind of hope and change are we buying into?" There are numerous things worth changing in our current government. Fortunately, the changes Obama desires for this nation doesn't quite match that of the American people. The American people want a transparent government. Obama wants the illusion of transparency. The American people want responsible government intervention. Obama wants complete control of every American industry. The American people want health reform that will lower cost and increase the standard of care. Obama seeks to increase the size and scope of the federal government by taking over our health care industry. The American people want fiscal responsibility. Obama wants you to believe he seeks to balance a budget while spending like Paris Hilton on a binger.
I (as I have said before) don't care for Republican ads because they usually aren't done well. But the ad Dictionary that the RNC just released is well-made and gets the point across. Please enjoy.
