Palin Isn't Good For The GOP

Let's all face facts, even, you, the Palin apologizer (the Katie Couric interview was down right terrible)--Sarah Palin isn't good news for the GOP.

If you have failed to remember, the GOP hierarchy pissed off the American people just in time for the 2006 and 2008 elections. They spent, acted, and were no different than Democrats. Under the watch of Bush and Delay, the federal government ballooned in size. In my own estimations the GOP was at death's door because it departed from core conservative principles.

There was very little that could be done to regain the trust of the American people--because the Republicans didn't deserve our trust.

As the '08 elections took place, a movement began to rise largely because of the enthusiasm behind Palin. Whether you're a fan or not, she created an enthusiasm behind a campaign and a candidate that was deader than a door nail. Yes, we can argue about semantics of the Tea Party, but I doubt it would be where it is today without her.

America now has the ability to stop people from moving over to the Democratic leftist ideas that would doom America to socialism. America now has the ability to affectively create a transparent government because  of the fact that Palin and the Tea Party movement have shoved their way onto the political scene.

However, no matter how good this is for America and conservative beliefs, it is not something the GOP is thrilled about. It is imperative that we remember--many of the current GOP senators and congressmen are the same people who sold us down the river just a few years back.

The Tea Party movement should not stop at Democrats. It has to pursue anyone, R, I, or D, who seeks to abandon liberty for tyranny. I believe Palin will go after those within her own party just as she did in Alaska. She might not be right for the presidency in 2012. She may not ever hold public office again, but she will be a voice for the conservative base. This is the very reason I believe Palin isn't good for the current GOP.

Pixar Top 3. Yes, This is A Movie Post.

As you know, every now and again, I must take a break from the sea of political corruption. I must move to a topic that brings the warm and fuzzy to the for front. How better to do that than looking back on one of the greatest film companies of all time? Pixar is that company, of course.

I will be delving into, what I believe, are the 3 greatest films ever created by Pixar. I will give you one word, which will be bolded, in each mini-review that describes why it made the cut.

#3 is Monsters, inc.

Monsters, inc. needs to be on everyone's top 3. I place it so high because of its imagination.

Yes, a few key aspects were taken from culture norms, such as monsters under the bed, the fear of the unknown, and the world that hides in the shadows. However, other key aspects of the machinery, the doors, the teams, and the bulked out hazmat monsters are all things that flow the imagination we all had as kids.

Monsters, Sully Sullivian and Mike Wazowski, along with their contaminated sidekick--little miss boo. The movie will encompass you in a non-stop barrel of laughs. It will also deliver a powerful message, as all Pixar films do. The message of course is not to be afraid of those who are different from you.

#2 is... Finding Nemo

Finding Nemo is memorable for many things. However, chief among them is the emotion Pixar is able to capture from you, though fish, nonetheless, is incredible. At the start of the movie you see a married couple, expecting babies, the eggs are attacked, the mother can only save one while losing her life in the process.

The father becomes terrified of letting the one (Nemo) grow up and explore the deep blue. He is forced to explore the world he feared when his son is taken from him.

When speaking of Finding Nemo you cannot skim over Dory. The emotion you feel for Dory the fish is something you would never expect. Throughout the entirety of the film Dory is seen as comedic relief. Despite being stamped as the forgetful joker there is a scene that messes with even the stoniest of hearts.

The scene is best seen not told.

and the #1 film made by Pixar is... Wall-E!

I might take a beating with my Conservative readers because the film itself did harp on environmental matters. I will address your concerns latter. The reason this is my number one pick is because it's the story, stupid!

The ability to tell a story has been taken for granted in our society which idolizes such horrors as Jersey Shore. It is few and far between that we ever want to be intellectually stimulated by story alone. When we do venture to the cinemas we want to focus on the Hollywood blockbusters which consist of explosions, gore, and sex.

Wall-E is different in a BIG way. Yes, it's a kids' movie and the gore, sex, and violence isn't expected. However, you would expect a lot of comedic lines and blooper-reel humor. Wall-E doesn't do that. Pixar doesn't see your kids as dumb and they believe that kids and adults can enjoy a good story. The thing that is most impressive about Wall-E is during the 97 mins of the film not one word comes from the two main characters. Yet, you're never lost, but always captivated.

political side note: I am all for personal environmentalism. I think it's cool to see people recycle (heck, God did it when making you from dust). I am against governmentally enforced environmentalism because more often than not it seeks to extend the arm of the federal government into our personal lives. Also, I don't like the fact that 99% of these policies are based on the biggest global fraud in history--global warming.

A Tale Of Gas Gods' and Magic Mortgage Mages

Throughout the 2008 election cycle we saw men and women praise Obama to the extreme. They touted that their "gas tanks would be filled" and their "mortgages paid." This weird belief of fairytale gas gods and magic mortgage mages was idiotic at best. However, on some level Obama began to believe the hyperbole the American people were throwing his way. The press didn't touch him, his followers loved him, and it's safe to assume that B. Hussein Obama hasn't suffered from lack of confidence.

His beliefs in himself have carried over to the presidency. If you want proof of his arrogance, look no further than his actions and tone. It might be the fact that he has chosen to give himself "a good, solid B-plus" on his presidential performance. This leaves me to wonder what the allah a good, solid F might look like. It might be the fact that he disrespects the Oval Office by tossing a football to and fro or putting his feet upon the resolute desk. It might be the fact that on the heels of the Massachusetts (Martha, take note on my spelling, please) election he said, "Well, the big difference here and in ’94 was you’ve got me." His arrogance, you would agree, is astounding. Obama believes he personally can save the liberals in the house and the senate even in the face of his plummeting popularity numbers.

You would think Obama would get the message the American people are sending. However, the message against BIG GOVERNMENT will never be received when you have people as hard headed as Howard Dean who said, "This is not, contrary to what a lot of American pundits are talking about, this is not a revolt of the Right. This is Barack Obama's core base not thinking that we've done what he was asked to do." I can define that kind of reaction, together with Chris Matthews, only in this way: "That's crazy!" Scott Brown promised, time and again, to be the "41st vote" against socialized healthcare, the same policy that the left-wing loons have tried to jam down the American peoples' throat for more than half a century. The left's talking heads would have you believe that the election of Scott Brown was not a referendum, but rather an encouragement package from Barack's loving base.

Gore Is Being Sued Over Global Fraud.

Global Warming Fraud — Gore publicly humiliated and the liberal progressives shamed... this should be fun.

"Finally, efforts are being made by the founder of the Weather Channel, John Coleman, to sue Al Gore and his cohorts for perpetrating “the greatest scam in history” — the fraud of global warming. Thirty thousand others, comprised of scientists and experts, are also willing to join in that lawsuit.

So how did this fraud all get started? It all started in Chicago shortly after Earth Day, April 17, 1995, when Al Gore went to Fall River, Mass., to give his green sermon speech. He was soon joined by Maurice Strong and Peter Knight, a registered lobbyist and Gore’s former top Senate aid.

It didn’t take long before the Chicago Climate Exchange was formed and “a veritable rat’s nest of cronyism” was formed. The largest shareholder in the Exchange is Goldman Sachs, and Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley is its honorary chairman. The Joyce Foundation, which funded the Exchange, also funded money for John Ayers’ Chicago School Initiative. John is the brother of William Ayers who was one of the founders of the Weathermen.

Obama, at the time, was active in this scam and knew darn well what was going on, but three years later that did not stop him from funding these leaders in the man-made global warming movement. The first attempt to improve the environment was a grant of more than $25 million in U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for research and development. That turned out to be a failure, so they were awarded another $8 million in federal taxpayer’s cash. That, too, was a failure. Present major funding is courtesy of Edward Rothschild’s World Bank."

We need to remember that John Coleman has been threatening to sue since 2008. However, it looks as if a motion to file might just be in the works.

Brown Sparked A War

It seems as though Scott Brown's win in Massachusetts has set up for a blood bath in between liberal ranks. Who do you think the moderate dems or the uber progressives will take over the party.
